12 Points Agenda Vision 2026

Strengthening the OSCA through crafting the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Davao City Ordinance 0417-10, Older Persons Welfare Code of Davao City. (CMO-SP, CSWDO, and CHO).

Creation and Develop/strengthen OSCA DATA BANKING OF SENIOR CITIZENS with Particular emphasis on geographical and gender-disaggregated data collection in every barangay and district. (CITC, CSWDO, and CPDO).(95%)

To achieve 80% of the approximate 110,000 senior citizens of Davao City shall be vaccinated to beat COVID-19 Pandemic.( in collaboration with DOH, CHO and CMO, SC, )

Regulating and accrediting the existing residential/ Home base care for older persons/senior citizens, in cooperation with CSWDO, CHO, NCSC and Brgy. Senior Citizens Association).

Creation of OSCA District Offices in 3 congressional districts: through the support of (CSWDO and CMO, CEO and SCPL[Senior Citizens Party List]).

Creation and Formulation of OSCA Operations & Reference Manual.(OSCA Editorial Team)

Amending ordinance 018-01 otherwise known as the Philippine Veterans Burial Assistance Program into Davao City Veterans Welfare and Benefits Program. (SP Com. On Social Services: Rules, privileges, laws, and ordinances, VFP).

Livelihoodincome generating program for qualified senior citizens organizations, in collaboration with DTI, PAGCOR, DOLE,PCSO, NCSC and District Senior Citizens Federation.

Continuing Education and Scholarship Grant Program For College and Technical Courses for Senior Citizens In Collaboration with TESDA and CHED, and City FED. of SC under RA 9994

Resumption of PRRD Elderlympics, ( Sports Program), CMO,DILG, SP, Private Sectors and CSWDO.
